And The True Heart Award Goes To.....

"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." 1 Thes. 5:11

Today has been a pressing day. It was one of those days where I've been striving to "keep my mind on things above", to "count it all joy", MOST OF ALL "walk in the Spirit and not fulfill the lust of the flesh". I'm so thankful for the Lord's grace and the encouragement of the saints.
As I was in the midst of typing something for my husband, a thought came for me to check my email. When I checked it, I was GREATLY surprised and encouraged to have received a reward for my blog by another blogger friend name Judy! Ha! Ha! Ha! I've always wondered how that went. It was a needed encouragement. Especially when you're wondering and feeling, "Lord, will I EVER get it right?" I'm so glad that even when I'm not at my best, the Lord loves me still and chooses to send encouragement to remind and renew me to keep pressing on for His glory.

So, since I was encouraged by this wonderful reward, I hope to encourage some of my other sisters too. I give this reward to:

1. Kimberly Hutchinson The Hutchinson House I love the way she shows us what's going on in their house! Her kids are adorable. You'll fall in love with them too.

2. Erica Cooper The Super Coopers This is a super family. The mom and dad are some cool folks too! Check them out!

3. Nicole Baker has two blogs. One is her family blog where she shows us all of the funny and cool things that her family is up to. If you need advise on how to "beat the price" she's TRULY the woman to get to know. Check out her other blog Counting Sprinkles. I'm still trying to learn some of her skills. I just need to enroll in her school! Ha! Ha! Ha!

4. Melissa Parnell The Parnell's. I think she's so adorable! Her posts are funny and hip! Her family is precious. You can see how much she loves her family.

5. Shaunta Chambers has a wonderful blog that exhorts the name of Christ. You can tell how much she adores the Lord and the role that He was given her as a wife and mother. Step Into My Chambers is a great blog to be encouraged through her mothering.

6. Nicole King is a sister that I pray to meet in person one day because she's truly the friend that I feel like I can relate too. It seems like our lives are similar. Her blog shows what God is doing in and through the ministry that God has placed her family in. Her blog Rebuilding The City encourages you if you're a woman who desires to serve the Lord.
7. Kela Pursuing What Is Excellent is another sister that I pray to meet in person. She's become my buddy. She's the one who I email and chat with on a daily basis. It's good that we chat online and not on the telephone because our hubbies would not like the phone bill! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Dear Lord thank You for each one of these sisters and their love and devotion to You and their families. Please continue to strengthen and encourage each of them in the faith. In Jesus name, Amen.
